Brand and products
What is FIELD OATH?
FIELD OATH is an independent European clothing brand inspired by military culture, fieldcraft, discipline, and purposeful design. We create T-shirts, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, and embroidered patches without relying on flags or unnecessary visual noise.
Is FIELD OATH an official military supplier?
No. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, our products are not official military issue and are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or supplied to any armed force or government organisation.
Are your products tactical equipment?
No. Our clothing is military-inspired casual apparel, not certified protective equipment or duty gear. Never use a FIELD OATH product as personal protective equipment unless its product page expressly identifies and certifies it for that purpose.
Where can I find materials and measurements?
Each product page contains the most accurate information for that item, including available sizes, materials, measurements, decoration method, and care instructions. Check the product-specific size chart before ordering because fit can vary between garment styles.
How are embroidered patches attached?
The backing or attachment method is stated on each patch product page. Check it before ordering because different patch styles may use different methods.
Orders and production
How long does production take?
Production normally takes 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Latvian public holidays. This is the production period before dispatch, not the delivery time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email fieldoath@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after production has started, but we will check what is still possible.
How do I know my order has shipped?
We send a dispatch confirmation to the email address used at checkout. If tracking is available for the selected service, the link or number will be included there. Check your spam or promotions folder if the message does not appear.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe, including Norway. Available destinations, services, and prices are shown at checkout.
When is shipping free?
Qualifying orders of €70 or more receive free standard shipping. Eligibility is calculated at checkout and can depend on destination, discounts, and the available service.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination and service selected at checkout. It begins after the 3 to 5 business-day production period. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless the carrier expressly says otherwise.
Will I pay import charges in Norway?
Orders delivered to Norway are imports. The recipient is responsible for Norwegian import VAT, customs duty where applicable, and carrier clearance or handling fees unless checkout explicitly states that a charge has already been collected.
Returns and problems
Can I return an item?
Eligible standard, non-personalised goods purchased online may be returned under the applicable right of withdrawal. Notify us within 14 days after delivery and read our Returns & Refunds page before sending the item.
Who pays for a change-of-mind return?
The customer pays the direct return shipping cost unless FIELD OATH agrees otherwise or applicable law requires a different result. We recommend a tracked service because the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
What if my order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Email us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a clear description, and photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant. Do not return it at your own expense before receiving instructions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
