We want the return process to be clear. This policy applies alongside your mandatory consumer rights, which are not limited by anything written here.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer buying online in the European Union, or in another jurisdiction that grants an equivalent right, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase of eligible standard, non-personalised goods without giving a reason.
For customers covered by the EU right of withdrawal, notify FIELD OATH within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. A clear email to fieldoath@gmail.com is sufficient. Include your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You may also use our Withdrawal Form.
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. Include your name and order number inside the parcel.
Return condition
You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a physical shop. Returned goods should be clean, unwashed, unworn beyond a reasonable fitting, and returned with original labels and packaging where possible.
You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and fit. This does not remove your right to report a fault.
Personalised goods
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised where this exception is permitted by law. The product page or customisation step should make that clear before purchase. This exception does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
How to return an item

- Include your name, order number, and the item or items being returned.
- Wait for our instructions so we can identify the parcel correctly.
- Pack the item securely and place your name and order number inside.
- Send it using a tracked service and retain the receipt.

Do not send a cash-on-delivery parcel. Unauthorised charges attached to a return may prevent acceptance.
Return shipping cost
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return cost unless FIELD OATH agrees otherwise or applicable law requires a different result. The parcel remains the sender's responsibility until delivered to us.
If an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, FIELD OATH will provide an appropriate remedy and bear the necessary return cost where required by law. Contact us before sending it back.
Refunds and exchanges
We will inspect the returned goods and notify you about the refund. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, it will include the amounts required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.
For a different size or product, contact us. Depending on stock and production status, the clearest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order. A replacement is not reserved until we confirm it.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Email us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a clear description, and photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant. Do not discard the item or packaging and do not pay to return it before receiving instructions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Norway and other import charges
FIELD OATH cannot refund import VAT, customs duty, or carrier clearance fees paid directly to an authority or carrier. If you return an imported order, ask the relevant authority or carrier whether a refund procedure is available.
