We prepare every FIELD OATH order carefully before it leaves us. Here is how production, delivery, tracking, and Norway import charges work.
Production time
Production normally takes 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Latvian public holidays.
This period is separate from delivery time. If an order contains several items, we may hold it until the complete order is ready. During unusually busy periods, we will communicate material delays as clearly as possible.
Where we deliver
FIELD OATH ships across Europe, including Norway. Enter your address at checkout to see the services and prices currently available for your destination.
Transit time varies by country, location, and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in a dispatch email begins after production and should be treated as an estimate unless the carrier expressly guarantees it.
Shipping cost and free delivery
The exact charge is calculated at checkout before payment. Qualifying orders of €70 or more receive free standard shipping. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout and may depend on the destination, order value after discounts, and available service.
Free shipping covers the eligible delivery service only. It does not include import taxes, customs duty, or carrier clearance fees.
Dispatch and tracking
When your parcel is dispatched, we send a confirmation to the email address used at checkout. If tracking is available, the message will include a tracking link or number. The first scan can take time to appear, especially around weekends and public holidays.
Check your address
Please check the recipient name, street, building or apartment number, postcode, city, country, email, and telephone number before paying. If something is wrong, email fieldoath@gmail.com immediately with your order number and complete corrected address. We can change it only before the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delayed, missing, or returned parcels
If tracking pauses, allow time for international transfer scans and check for carrier service notices. If the estimated delivery period has passed, contact us with your order number and we will review the available information. Carrier investigations and waiting periods vary by service and destination.
A parcel may be returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or unpaid import charges. Once it reaches us and has been inspected, we will explain the available reshipment or refund options. Additional delivery or carrier costs may be payable where permitted by law.
Delivery to Norway
Orders delivered to Norway are imports. The recipient is responsible for Norwegian import VAT, customs duty where applicable, and carrier clearance or handling fees unless checkout explicitly states that a particular charge has already been collected.
These amounts are set or collected by Norwegian authorities and carriers, not by FIELD OATH. They are separate from our product and shipping prices and are not covered by the €70 free-shipping offer.
